Hi, I’m Nic. I’m Head of Data Science at Cambridge Epigenetix (http://www.cambridge-epigenetix.com), a start up company focused on exploiting the value in the epigenomics revolution for human health and well-being.

Prior to this I worked as a scientist at the University of Cambridge and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute involved in establishing what our normal epigenomes look like ( http://www.blueprint-epigenome.eu ).

I trained in information systems, computer science & mathematical logic, and hold a Ph.D in Bioinformatics from the University of Manchester.

I'm interested in bringing data and the power of computing together to understand life systems of all kinds.
