There are several elements that must come together for a successful product launch: the right product, the right market, the right positioning, and the right timing. Not to mention the right people. As an experienced product operations leader and certified Project Management Professional, it’s my job to dig into the data and streamline processes so teams can launch their products when all those lines intersect.

From product management and development to project management and vendor relations, I have a wealth of experience at all levels of product delivery. But it’s my curious nature that truly sets me apart as a product leader. I’m always searching for opportunities to optimize processes and workflows and to solve problems before anyone else even knows they exist. I also enjoy taking complex concepts and reworking them into simple ideas and digestible concepts for others.

This leads me to what I value and prioritize the most, which is people. I enjoy learning from others almost as much as I enjoy teaching. As a leader, I believe in empowering my team to try and fail and grow. I truly believe it is only through this process that one will accomplish great things. I also love learning from customers and am known for building processes that not only elevate service delivery, but also gather important product data, insights, and feedback from customers in order to make our products even better.
