Nicole Felix is a Diversity & Inclusiveness Consultant for the Americas Inclusiveness Office of Ernst & Young and Chief Operating officer of Pound Bizness. She is a California Native and received her BS in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.

Nicole is a lifetime member of NABA, Inc., and has served on the National, Regional and Local levels.

Nicole is also a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc., Director of Membership for the Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce and the co-founder of L.I.F.E. Courses, Inc.

Nicole has received numerous organizational awards for her unfaltering commitment and the communities she serves including the Jefferson’s Award.

Nicole is a member of Beebe Memorial Cathedral in Oakland, California. When she is not baking delicious pound cakes or traveling for work, she treasures every moment with her life partner Reggie and mother Mary.
