Nicole is a passionate and successful change management professional and coach committed to empowering her clients to embrace an authentic life of purpose and meaning.

Nicole began her journey in magazine publishing creating marketing programs for leading national magazines including Entertainment Weekly, Teen People and the Conde Nast Media Group. After successfully coaching every direct report towards a career more aligned with their passions, Nicole realized a career change for herself was in order. In 2007, after a year of solo travel and self reflection, Nicole found her true calling and has never looked back. As a facilitator, teacher, and coach Nicole is called to use her talents to enable transformative change for all of her clients.

Nicole has designed and led over 200 workshops, trainings and coaching programs serving hundreds of clients - in-person and virtually - bringing her honest, heartfelt and positive energy to all.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University in Communications and a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Certificate in Positive Psychology through the Kripalu Center for Yoga + Health.

Nicole's latest endeavor is the Black Sheep Podcast - focused on celebrating unconventional lifestyles, working for yourself, and redefining the "american dream" from the perspective of people of color (POC).
