Nicole Baker

Nicole's passion is to help athletes improve performance and achieve longevity in their athletic career with her unique training approach.
Her personal journey to wellness was long and difficult, and one that continues to require constant adjustment and awareness. Nicole was a competitive athlete her entire life until chronic illness forced a premature departure from collegiate soccer.
Her drive for sports was redirected towards becoming an Athletic Trainer; she excelled clinically and academically in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Through her studies and work with athletes, she gained extensive practical knowledge in anatomy and physiology, injury prevention, and the management of a multitude of injuries and illnesses. She absorbed a variety of fitness philosophies along the way, including an advanced yoga practice. When she began applying her yoga practice to the athletic population, positive results and feedback were immediate.

Nicole's goal is to use her experience, training, and education to create customized, results-oriented programs that allow each client to achieve their potential with an approach that strengthens both mind and body
