I've been kickboxing for over 13 years and teaching for 11. I started Kix 4 Chix Fitness as a Franchise and now have 3 locations. This program is non competitive and it's all about the women who attend. Kix 4 Chix is here to help empower women of all shapes and sizes, you can be healthy, fit and beautiful and you don't need to be a size 4. We are extremely particular in who joins the Kix family (as in Franchisees), not just anyone is the right fit.
