Hi, my name is Nicole Ralston. I am a stay at home wife, food blogger, and baker. I am truely happy when I get to spend time in our kitchen creating and testing new recipes. I started baking with my Mother and Grandmother around the age of 9, I use to love lending a hand in the kitchen. My husband is always remarking on how he should weigh much more than he does, with all the goodies he gets to sample. Recently, my husband was diagnoised Type 1 Diabetic and then shortly after we found out that I have a sensitivity to gluten. This has really changed the way that I cook, but we don't feel deprived, we get creative and experiment. I love to take an old recipe of my Grandmother's and find a way to make it gluten free, its always a fun challenge. I hope you will enjoy my recipes as well as the ones I share .
