In her twenties, Nicole embarked on a journey in sales and management, aspiring to leave her mark in the corporate realm. Philadelphia served as her professional playground, where she excelled as corporate sales director for Town Sports International. Her unwavering dedication and honed skills during this period laid a robust foundation for her future ventures in entrepreneurship.

Nicole's entrepreneurial flame was fanned when she relocated to South Florida, joining the launch team of Flywheel Studios, a fitness concept mirroring Peloton. Under her guidance, Flywheel Studios flourished, delivering exceptional customer service on par with the Four Seasons and outshining numerous boutique fitness studios. This early venture underscored Nicole's business savvy and ability to craft customer-centric strategies.

2017 marked a significant chapter in Nicole's career as she expanded her professional horizon internationally, delving into consultancy roles with Scatterbrain Charters in Costa Rica and Fish Whistle Adventures in South Florida. In these roles, she managed charter boats and navigated the exciting tournament circuit of saltwater sport fishing. Nicole's ability to adapt and excel in these varied settings highlighted her versatility and resilience.

In 2019, Nicole's journey took a transformative turn as she acquired Lake Russell Maple, transforming the 450-acre farm in Pennsylvania into Pocono Mtn Maple, an upscale farm sanctuary. Over the past four years, she has diligently spearheaded renovations, resulting in a cover that now produces both Maple Syrup and Maple Water. Pocono Mtn Maple has become a sought-after destination for boutique retreats, family gatherings, and special events.
