Nicole LaPointe Jameson loves identifying and understanding early markets, bringing niche brands into mass-market culture. Starting her career in turnaround investments (and seeing far too much of what can go wrong), she is interested in early-stage growth with an emphasis on sustainability, positive impact, and large-scale revenue results.

She holds experience in both investing and operating. She was an investor and Operating Partner for distressed asset turnarounds with PEAK6 Investments. Nicole also boasts strong operational leadership, as formerly the CEO of Evil Geniuses Esports, as well as the Chief of Staff of National Flood Services.

In 2019, Forbes honored Nicole as a “30 Under 30” honoree. In 2020, The Root placed her on its “100” most influential African Americans list, and she was recognized as a “Business Insider Transformer”, honoring those driving change and innovation across industries. In 2021, Adweek named her as one of its "Most Powerful Women in Sports".
