Nicole Welch is accomplished organizational-development professional with over ten years of experience in organization change management, coaching, project leadership, strategic and operational planning, need assessment, resource identification, process and change facilitation. Ms. Welch has a B.S. in Organizational Behavior and her M.S. in Organization Development.
