Nicole Newman started in business with her first company Newman Networks. In that company, the role was to make the marketing tell a story. Unlike the web designer or the graphics design firm, Newman Networks educates our clients on how to leverage technology for their business. We were not paid to sell a service. Most of our clients had never thought about hiring a consultant. About 40% of the clients have a fear of technology. Typically, they used to do business by cash and didn’t know the difference between a website and an email address or a website, domain name and a url. Our job was to make it easy to get onto the information superhighway.

Based on the lessons learned in Newman Networks, Nicole started the 2nd company Innovative Capital and Consulting Group LLC in 2018. The purpose of this company is to find cost-effective strategies to look at wealth with a socialistic view point instead of a capitalistic viewpoint. This company generates revenue through an online education curriculum geared towards the low-income population. The idea is to give these consumers hope in a brighter financial future. Occasionally, this company performs various roles within the education ecosystem centered around the School District of Philadelphia.

The third company, Nu Prosperity Investments LLC was relaunched in 2021. This company focuses on residential real estate development.
