I’m Nicole Perry and I’ve got a real estate addiction! I’ve been a licensed realtor since 2005 I have been assisting Buyer’s and Seller’s ever since. During that time I’ve seen the business change dramatically, but some things stay the same like great communication and expert market knowledge.

I have helped multiple clients through the complex process of buying and selling.Personally, I have bought and sold many homes as investments, fix & flips, owned commercial properties leased by Dollar General and even our “Forever Home” in beautiful Austin, Texas.
