In another life I would have been a rocking detactive. This lifetime I use my detective skills to find the holes in systems and companies. I love business - ALL businesses. However, there is a special place in my heart for socially good ventures.

I currently am the Founder and Executive Director for a nonprofit called Growing Real Opportunities in the Workforce (G.R.O.W.). We are empowering the future generation to understand who they are and create a life that is alined to their passions, values, skills, and personality. The work we have been doing has been "transformative" for our students.

I bet you're curious what I meant by "people collector." I love people. The deeper you look at someone with fresh eyes and listen without judgement or trying to influence them, the more you can see them for who they truly are and the more they will see themselves and be able to open up to their authenticity. We all have facinating and meaningful stories. I also love connecting people and watching them form mutually beneficial relationships.

The last quality I want to address is love, because without love what is life really worth? I love and care DEEPLY, but not unrealisticly.
