Nicole S. Junior is an attorney, educator, writer, and entrepreneur. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors from Smith College, Masters in the Science of Teaching from Pace University and Juris Doctorate from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.

Nicole is a former public school teacher and Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office prosecutor. As an Assistant District Attorney, she prosecuted Domestic Violence crimes ranging from attempted assault to homicide. Nicole also taught evidence and trial advocacy to both undergraduate and law students at Fordham University.

Today, Nicole prosecutes NYPD members for police misconduct. She also trains attorneys and other professionals throughout the country on a wide array of topics ranging from the art of trial advocacy and to the eradication of homo- and transphobic police practices.

Nicole has served as a guest speaker at various academic institutions, government agencies, and organizations, including the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Pace University, and Smith College.

Nicole is a published writer whose works include “OUT for Justice: A Call for Civilian Oversight Outreach in LGBTQ Communities."
