Nicole Starling

Nicole Starling is a brand management professional with Procter & Gamble and has managed business segments for COVERGIRL and Max Factor Cosmetics. Nicole has been recognized for successfully launching the largest COVERGIRL Lips initiative in five years, growing the Lips business by over 120%.

Nicole has also led the national US Hispanic strategy, earning a P&G Latinnovation Award for her team’s work in integrating Hispanic insights into the COVERGIRL communications planning strategy.

Nicole is well versed in working with agency teams across TV, Print, Digital, PR, events, and social media as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Nicole has an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin and a Bachelors of Business from the University of Iowa.
