I am a director of retail stores in the jewelry industry. With over 23 years of multi unit leadership in specialty retail, I bring a diverse set of skills to Support growth within my organization. My professional passion is developing talent and execution of operational controls including visual standards

Talent Development:

• Created and launched a multi unit manager training program to support growth from SM to DM
• Created a panel interview process to support talent selection.
• Led a group of cross functional leaders to develop a presentation to pitch C-suite executives
• Educate DMs on the effective use of training tools and resources and validate their use

Performance Excellence

• Lead a Regional team of 7-8 District Managers to top performance across all Signet banners.
• Developed a Hyper focus store program to align all Directors on specific strategic steps to improve underperforming stores.
• Promoted to Director after delivering top performance in the KPIs for 4 consecutive years
• Division of responsibility as a DM within the region team led my peers, within the region, to deliver top performance in payment options for 4 consecutive years

Operational Excellence

• Supported the test and roll out of a store visit recap process for DMs, implemented across the banner.
• Developed and proposed a plan to align the banner on staffing census

On a personal level, My interests range from travel to food. You will also often find me outside in the spring and summer gardening and landscaping. I also love doing DIY projects around my house. I am a proud Mom of 2 adult kids. I am also a pet Mom to 2 dogs whom I love to take on walks when the weather allows.
