I am K-6 Educator in New Jersey. Nicole holds certifications in general education and special education. She has several years of experience implementing and designing a variety of curricula aligned with Common Core Standards. As an educator, I believe in the importance of instruction being meaningful, enjoyable and relatable to students, while also ensuring that students are supported socially and emotionally in the classroom.

I believe in the importance of continuos learning. This enables me the opportunity to better myself as professional, and person as a whole. I have showed my commitment to learning by: graduating in May 2016 with my MEd in Inclusive Education. In addition, I have attended several professional development workshops including Responsive Classroom, and will be attending an Orton Gillingham workshop in May 2016.
