Nicole V. Cramer

Nicole Cramer is currently the global chief of staff and chief creativity catalyst for McCann Worldgroup, one of the world’s largest marketing communications networks. Originally charged with organizing a sandstorm of key initiatives into a highly organized, action-oriented sand castle, her role has expanded several times during her tenure. Prior to McCann Worldgroup, Nicole held similar posts at J. Walter Thompson and DDB Communications Worldwide, among others. Nicole believes strongly in opening doors for the brilliant but under-recognized, and makes it a top priority. She donates as much time as possible to mentoring programs through various industry organizations and her alma maters. She serves as a board director for Afrika Tikkun USA and sits on the advisory council for She’s The First. Nicole is an appointed member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women, the immediate past national co-chair of Interpublic Group’s Black Employee Network. Nicole holds a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University and is a graduate of Mannes College of Music and the United Nations International School. An entrepreneur turned 'in-trepreneur', Nicole has also served as managing partner for Cramer Consultants, founder of NicNic Productions, and recently founded a new social enterprise baked in a cookie brand.
