Nico Paez

I am a software engineer graduated at the University of Buenos Aires, where I teach object-oriented programming and algorithms. At this moment I am working as technical leader at a software development company in Argentina.

I am absolutely convinced that the main factor in software engineering is not the software nor the hardware, but the peopleware, and that is way I adhere to the agile manifesto.
