Leadership coach and trusted advisor.

I’ve always been interested in human operating systems. How people act and speak, and what happens underneath: in their body, a pause or shift in tone.

I can usually tell when something sounds right, but isn’t actually true for someone. And I don’t let that pass.

I love to study bodies, language and awareness. This is how we orient ourselves, express and create results.

I work with consultants, leaders and small business owners. Very capable, but pulled into reactive patterns.

Too much on their plate, little space to think, decide and lead. The fixer, caretaker, or one-man orchestra.

I’ve done that myself for a long time. Figuring things out on my own. Carrying a lot and alling it strength.

The problem is: it works.

I realized that my self-reliant DIY attitude has kept me trapped.

Not saying that asking for help is easier; I just recognize it faster. But I’m freer. And much more grounded.

My background is in theater and television. Before that, I studied documentary-making. So I learned to observe.

Through acting and directing I learned to trust myself and respond moment to moment. Instead of stepping out of it, or overthink decisions.

That’s how I work now.

Later I turned that attention inward. Seeing where I was still trying to ‘get it right’.

I stopped trying to 'improve myself' by adding more info and self-help methods.

Now I'm more into letting go,to get out of my own way.

Insights for clients usually don’t come loudly. More like a visceral kind of ‘hmmm’. I love witnessing this.

When someone stops explaining, stops holding it together, and something more real comes through.

Not everything needs to be useful.

I don’t care much for what sounds good.
But I love to find out what’s actually true.

Even when it’s uncomfortable.

As long as it helps someone become more free, loving and powerful.
