I grew up in Princeton Massachusetts and attended the Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School in Devens, MA. After high school I attended the Stockbridge School of Agriculture, where I engaged with many horticultural pursuits, including a five-month internship with Northeast Nursery Inc. and a class I made for myself focused around hydroponics and growing media. I also found myself participating in a couple organizations within the university. I was a member on the Stockbridge Board of Directors, and I've served as the Vice President and President of the Alpha Tau Gamma agricultural fraternity. After two years I graduated Cum Laude with my associates degree in Horticulture.
I am currently twenty-three years old and have recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a bachelors degree in Plant, Soil and Insect Science, with a concentration in Horticulture Business. While pursing my bachelor degree I was able to work for a research investment company called "Aqua-Harvest Technologies". While working for Aqua-Harvest as a researcher I was able to gain vast amounts of experience creating and maintaining artificial environments for plant growth. We would use these environments to fast crop a variety of lettuces and herbs. We were able to reduce the necessary grow time of a lettuce seedling from sixty-five days to between nine and twelve. For me this was a great experience.
I am always looking for new opportunities now that I have graduated Umass Amherst, so feel free to email or call me.
