I'm an "momprenuer" who one day realized that I needed to change my eating habits for the better and stick some exercise in there too. Being a working mom of two girls and a wife, sometimes we put ourselves on the back burner. I figured I'd make some small changes in my life to be become a healthier, more fit, happier me. It Works fit perfectly into my new life changes. I am not a fitness guru, just a mom trying to stay in shape and eat right. I had been wrapped in the past and loved the results. Once I found out they had much more to offer for your skin, your nails, your body inside and out, I had to sign up.
