I build money products and the teams that ship them.

Most of my career has been spent where product meets three constraints at once: what customers actually need, what the margin will tolerate, and what the regulator will allow. I lead product for a global money platform across multiple entities and markets, which means every roadmap decision is also a P&L decision and a compliance decision. I've learned to hold all three without flinching.

Before this I've built lending for merchants, marketplaces, and mobility. Different products, same lesson from different angles. Distribution beats elegance, and economics beat opinion.

My current obsession is the AI-native product manager. Not the one who uses a chatbot to write user stories, but the one who builds their own tooling, runs agents, and ships code. I wrote a workbook on it built around four modes: Chat, Skills, Agents, Code. I use what I write about, daily.

I'm most alive when I'm building. Idle is the only setting I don't have.
