Greetings, thanks for taking a look at my story. I serve a leadership coach and Growth Steward residing in the Northern Virginia/DC region.

Why ‘Growth Steward’? Well, my experience and belief has displayed the fact that Growth is inevitable.

How and where we grow is highly variable and depends on multiple factors beginning with mindset. Leaders with a growth mindset are continually seeking an expanded perspective while driving for clarity around purpose, gifts, mission and vision. Those with a fixed mindset unfortunately grow less capable and more ineffective as environment and challenges continue to grow untended.

My purpose is to support senior leaders and teams in realizing their purpose, caring for people, delivering for stakeholders and generating ‘good’ sustainable growth.

I've led global organizations and coached CEOs, owners, and nonprofit leaders across broad industries and growth stages. I support startups to Fortune 100 teams having worked globally in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and Canada. My roles have included business units in excess of $2.B and teams of several thousand.

My focus during this season is in amplifying purpose and generating growth paths for leaders and teams to achieve their highest purpose and impact on a personal and professional level.
