I have spent more than 35 years working within the property management sector, including 20 years as CEO of the UK's largest property management group.

I am currently a Fellow of The Institute of Residential Property Management, a Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute and a Founder and First Chairman of The Association of Retirement Housing Managers.

Family and sport are my main main interests outside of work.
