Nigel Adashefski

I'm a 28 y/o Physician Assistant student at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with an expected graduation on August 21st, 2021.

My career in medicine started as an EMT-Basic working in transport and 911. Here I learned how to thrive in high stress scenarios that demanded inter-professional coordination. Later, I became a Patient Care Technician on an inpatient Neurology unit. Here, I developed and nurtured my congenial bedside manners. My goal is to utilize these characteristics of mine in a Cardiology setting.

Furthermore, I possess the ability to speak Spanish at a conversational level which has helped tremendously serving the Spanish speaking communities in my clinical rotations across Texas.
