He also works closely with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, contractors and form the link between the concept and the completed construction. He bridge the gap between the idea of an attractive functional building and the reality of that building performing successfully, ensuring that the right materials are used and that the building meets regulations and also monitor quality assurance, costs and deadlines throughout the construction project.
