Nigel Parry

Nigel Parry was one of the first bloggers and a pioneer of several early, ground-breaking, Internet projects—including the the first warblog, “A Personal Diary of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict”, and the first alt.news website published by local residents of a warzone. Birzeit University webmaster 1995-1998. Electronic Intifada, Iraq & Lebanon cofounder, designer and editor 2001-2006. Nigel lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where his rolling band project, Pocket of Resistance, which played out for many years, and offers web design and other communications through his company nigelparry.net.
