Nigel is an Associate Partner in the rapidly expanding Business Analytics and Optimisation (BAO) practice within IBM Global Business Services.

He has a specific focus on the Public Sector, in particular on Central Government where he has a proven track record of winning and delivering new business.

To date, he has won significant new business for IBM in Central Government. Alongside this, in conjunction with IBM Research, has overseen the deployment in the UK of pioneering uses of advanced analytics in the field of Intelligent Transportation.
