Hey there, I’m Niharika. I’m from Mumbai, India. For a while, I channeled my creativity into work as an architect. Today, I do that by writing. This is usually always accompanied by an urge to share some wonderful idea with the world. At the same time, I’m most comfortable being a listener, and I find that people often need to be heard. Over more than a year, I've been pursuing certifications in counseling and guidance and immersing myself deeply into psychology and spirituality, particularly in purpose-work. My work in the world revolves around creating spaces that help people know themselves more fully.

I've been a social innovation fellow at StartingBloc, and delivered a TEDx talk on humanising prisons based on my nationally awarded design thesis which I completed at CEPT University, from where I graduated as a Distinguished Student. I've been part of the winning design team in an international competition to design the Suncheon Art Platform in South Korea alongside the awardwinning architecture firm MADe, with whom I've collaborated for 2 years. I've led a creative summer school programme for gifted schoolchildren from across India, with Educational Initiatives. I've been a "25 Under 25" awardee in the writing category in a national youth hunt in 2015, published over 60 articles and served as Features Editor for Creative Yatra.
