Niharika Gautam is an award-winning Founder with 17 years of cross-border expertise across the UK, UAE, and Asian industrial sectors. As the Founder of Equimpact™, she is currently pioneering the deployment of venture-scalable technical frameworks designed to bridge the structural gap between macroeconomic environmental policy and tangible data execution. Niharika’s work focuses on the engineering of advanced, multi-tier data ingestion frameworks to ensure absolute compliance with incoming 2026 global climate mandates and regulatory transitions.
In addition to her corporate architecture pipelines, Niharika holds high-level institutional governance roles, serving as the G100 Regional Chair for Circular Economy Scotland and as an Ambassador for the Circular Economy Institute and leverages her leadership platforms—including her role as a Circle Leader for Lean In Innovation—to drive technical thought leadership and ecosystem integration across the UK industrial landscape.
An alumna of the Strathclyde Business School, where she graduated with an MBA as a FT Dean’s Excellence Scholar, Niharika also holds a Postgraduate degree in Fashion Design from Pearl Academy (2006). Her multidisciplinary background combines a deep understanding of manufacturing loops with advanced modern certifications in Applied Machine Learning (CertNexus) and SAS Data Analytics. Recognized globally for her systemic impact, her accolades include the Exceptional Women of Excellence Award (Women Economic Forum) and nominations for the ESG Rising Star Award.
Niharika is currently directing Equimpact™'s strategic expansion corridors across the UK and the UAE cooperation blocks, ahead of presenting key data governance and multi-tier industrial loop insights at upcoming multilateral climate and policy implementation dialogues.
