Nihar has over 30 years of experience in Defence, research, education and information technology, hold leadership positions in innovation, corporate strategy, growth, ongoing operations and technology implementation.

Nihar’s mandate is to drive organization growth, implement new business strategies, make Proliant Infotech a successful and trusted brand as well a preferred vendor of choice for its customers across the globe.

Nihar hold a Master Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and other management qualifications. After completing his M.E(Aerospace), Nihar Joined as scientist with ADA, DRDO to start his professional career. He was instrumental in structural design and development of the CFC Wing used for LCA along with HAL team. After spending seven years with DRDO , he joined Hinduja Group( ALIT) and moved in growth ladder of software Industry
