Nika Deu is an executive coach with a broad range of business experience, understanding the company’s organisms, workplace relationships and human behavior. As a coach she works with professionals to achieve the results and get the experiences that they want at work and at home and helps individuals or groups to define and loose unproductive and sometimes destructive behavioral patterns. She is also a consultant and works with successful companies and advertising agencies in defining sustainable marketing strategies and effective communications campaigns. Nika’s career path started in multinational companies like McDonald's and Philip Morris, where she worked in Marketing and Public Relations. In 1998 she joined the first Slovenian commercial television Pro Plus as a Marketing and PR Director where she helped to establish and to develop the today leading brands POP TV, Kanal A. In the 15 years of her professional work in marketing she evolved into a communications expert in strategic marketing and brand management. Since 2007, she works in her own company DEUS d.o.o. combining her marketing experience with coaching. For 7 years she studied Transactional Analysis and under the mentorship of Dr. Zoran Milivojević, T.S.T.A. and gained her certificate as a TA Analyst – Coach and Psychotherapist. She is in process of gaining a Master’s Degree in PST at the Sigmund Freud University.
