Niketa Jhaveri is a UX and AI leader at Amazon based in Chicago, where she leads UX research for AI powered products, and the Founder and Curator of Nivan, an innovation conference at the intersection of AI, technology, UX, and design.

Across 20+ years in research, design, and innovation, she has learned that building good AI is rarely a modeling problem. It is a human one. The same response that lands beautifully in one market can miss completely in another. What separates the two is context, culture, and judgment.
