Hi everyone, I’m Nikhil. I’m a returning student at Seneca College and have enrolled myself for Social Media Program this year. I’m from Mumbai, currently living in North York, Toronto.

From quite an early age I’ve learnt to be a problem solver and a self motivator. Being born to a family where my parents are not educated and can barely sign their initials, I feel very privileged to have come this far and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. I am so grateful and thankful to them.

But as fact remains the same, without having much of a guidance system I’ve always had to look out for the right answers on my own. There are even times when I did go wrong and have had a difference of opinion than others, but it did not stop me from learning but it rather helped me in improvising and motivated me to do better. I believe this trait of never giving up, always learning on the go has served me well in my career.

I carry 4.5 years of work experience in online advertising & not for profit educational startup. The firms I’ve worked with are, Yahoo Bing Contextual Ads (Media.net), CodeChef, Apple & Mirackle Solutions.

Outside work, my interests range from drone photography to technology. I am also interested in travel, cycling, and surfing.
