Niki Mahon is the founder, director and product designer for her company Nikita By Niki.

The online jewellery and homeware brand was founded in 2015 and has since expanded into well-known marketplaces and online retailers across the globe.

Niki recently rebranded her podcast 'Rose Goals' to 'G̶i̶r̶l Boss' and intends to relaunch with new, exciting empowering conversations with women in business.

The podcast was created in the hope to inspire other young women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. The podcast will be available to listen to for free across all podcast platforms in 2022.
