*Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.

*Complete Greensheet and DA Requests (KW agents).

*Coordinate moving/possession schedules.

*Schedule and coordinate closing process.

* Draw up addendums as necessary and coordinate signings.

* Assist buyer with making application to HOA and follow up on approvals/orientation.

*Update property MLS status
