Hey, I’m Nikita!
I'm originally from Mumbai, India and moved to Canada in August 2019. I recently graduated from the Public Relations - Corporate Communications program at Seneca. Prior to this, I worked in Public Relations for 3 years specifically in the food & beverage industry managing the communications mandates for restaurants, bars, cafes and celebrity chefs. Before moving to PR, I also worked in Advertising for 2 years at Wunderman Thompson and Mullen Lowe Group where I managed brands like FedEx & Idea Cellular.
Digital and social media is an important component of any successful communications strategy. It's essential for a PR practitioner to have a strong knowledge base of social media platforms, measurement tools and creating campaigns. Therefore, I'm excited to hone my social media skills over the next 8 months and finally land my dream job at a leading agency in Canada.
My other interests include exploring new places, fashion and food.
