I grew up in Southern California with my mother and sister and became interested in Pscyhology when I was 13 years old. I have known that helping others in a personal way was a calling on my life from an early age. My faith is a big part of why I do what I do, and I attribute this to becoming exposed to spiritual things at a young age.

I enjoy learning about the connection between the body and the mind, and use this when doing therapy with individuals. I believe that when one realizes the influence that the mind has on the body, he or she can venture into new places of awareness, empowerment, and freedom.

I am also interested in learning more about eating disorders and have a passion for helping those who struggle with this. I am hoping to pursue more training in this area in the future.

I am currently working on my hours to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am looking forward to becoming licensed in the near future.
