Numbers matter! I'm a visionary leader and collaborator with a Ph.D. in Higher Education and 16 years of professional experiences at post-secondary institutions. I have met and exceeded my team enrollment goals at diverse institutions including two SEC universities, a community college, a women's college, and a for-profit private college. I have broad experiences in Enrollment Management, Instructional Technology, Retention, and Career Services.
At each institution worked, I effectively collaborated with diverse academic and student life leaders to encourage collegiate alliances and develop new program initiatives to exceed enrollment goals and grow sustainable student enrollments.
My philosophy is "retention begins with recruitment," and my passion is RESPONSIBLE Enrollment Management. I responsibly grew enrollments significantly throughout my career and successfully directed a retention program with an 84% four-year graduation rate. Importantly, I am skilled at educational data mining and forecasting to develop sound recruitment strategies to enroll "best-fit" students to aid in retention and improve graduation rates.
