Nikki L. Williams

A native of Washington D.C., Nikki Williams has amassed more than 12 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Project Management. Upon graduating from Benedict College in 2003, she relocated to Philadelphia. Williams quickly advanced in her career from the role of Marketing Assistant to Director of Marketing over a 6 year span. She has developed an innovative and unique skill set—allowing her to create effective marketing strategies while also actualizing powerful branding for a wide range of organizations. In 2007, Williams obtained her MBA concentrating on International Marketing.

Launching N. Lash Marketing in 2009, she has given her company the tagline of “bringing color to your vision”, which speaks to the development and artistry of branding, imagery, identity, and marketing that are all wrapped up in that single word: color. It isn’t just about the spectrum of visual color, though: N. Lash Marketing is about adding color to a client’s business strategy. "It is about making their company pop when compared to the competition. It is about evoking a look, an emotion, a culture, and a promise … all at a single stroke."

As a Marketing Consultant her philosophy is that "I teach business owners the fundamentals of marketing to business owners, providing them with the tools that they need to make their business stand out from the rest. They benefit by understanding the importance of marketing, learning what is involved, and seeing the long-term benefits of capitalizing on what makes their business different.”

Williams continues to expand her portfolio by adding the role of Professor and Speaker to her resume. Presently, she is an Adjunct Professor teaching Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Lincoln University.

Williams is passionate about her philanthropic efforts and believes in inspiring the youth. "It is my desire to help each child achieve their dreams of becoming leaders and successful contributors within their communities, and society as a whole." She carries out this mission by serving as a Business Teacher for the YMCA - YAchievers Program, Philadelphia Youth Network and Project Ready.

In her leisure this self proclaimed" globe trotter" enjoys the thrill of traveling abroad. Williams' International Travels includes: Beijing, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpar, Puerto Vallarta, South Korea, and Venice.
