Nikki has been in Minneapolis, MN almost her entire life. Aside from her passion to travel, she has a passion for all things digital, marketing, writing and advertising.

She currently works at an Advertising Agency headquartered in where she serves as the Vice President of Media and Digital Strategy. Nikki has over 15 years of experience in marketing and has been recruited and hired in various positions as a digital expert in the advertising/branding space. She has years of agency experience and fully understands the operations of such. She works with fortune 100 clients to "help them tell their story, and tell it better" through branding, marketing, video, websites, landing pages and traditional media channels.

Aside from branding and marketing, Nikki has experience in recruitment marketing. She works with clients worldwide to improve hiring, retention & process in talent acquisition. Her specialty & passion lies with working with enterprise level organizations and helping them develop and share their employment identity and then distilling the message across various media platforms. Other areas of expertise are creating career sites, custom print solutions, online recruitment marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, job boards, employee referral programs, aggregators, print, custom publishing, career events and social media solutions.

In her spare time, you can find Nikki golfing, traveling, cooking, entertaining and doing anything outdoors with her 3 children, husband and friends.
