Niklas Ahola

Known for offering his clients exclusive white-glove, VIP treatment, Niklas Ahola is a passionate and experienced Real Estate Advisor who concentrates in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero. Niklas is working with Engel & Völkers, a leading global real estate and luxury services company. Together they are focused on the sale of residential real estate and specialize in Golf Course Communities, Luxury Home Sales, New Construction, Investment Property, High-rise Condominiums, Waterfront Property and Relocation Services. Niklas was awarded the 2015 Engel & Völkers Passion Award, the 2015 Golden B.E.A.R. Award and was inducted into the 2015 Engel & Völkers Elite Advisor Club.

Originally from Gladstone, Michigan, Niklas received a scholarship from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) to play for the Division I Men's golf team, which brought him to Florida. He graduated with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management from Florida Gulf Coast University's, Lutgert College of Business.

In his free time, Niklas enjoys golfing, traveling, hiking, going to the beach, paddle boarding, and reading. Niklas is a proud Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Bonita-Estero Board of REALTORS® (B.E.A.R.).
