My HR experience is well rounded and includes all aspects of modern HR, from organizational structure to culture, from learning to talent management, from performance management to employee experience, from recruitment to retention strategies, from internal communications to employer branding.
In the last 5 years, I'm also an active researcher of HR practices in global corporations.
