Nikolas Hake is an autistic entrepreneur, talent management founder, and creative services executive based in Austin, Texas. He is the Owner/Founder & CEO of JUS Official Services, a talent management and creative services company focused on artist development, branding, marketing, community growth, and helping creatives and entrepreneurs build long-term success through authentic relationships and strategic growth.

At 20 years and 207 days old, Nikolas officially registered JUS Official Services and, according to publicly available and verifiable information, became the youngest verified founder/operator of a talent management firm or agency in Texas history, 4th youngest publicly documented in United States history, and 5th youngest publicly documented internationally within this specific sector of the entertainment and talent management industry.

Before turning 18, Nikolas earned three associate degrees in General Studies, Business, and Criminal Justice through accelerated and dual enrollment academic programs while balancing work and education simultaneously. Prior to the age of 21, he also worked across seven industries including Information Technology, Government, Sports, Retail, Food Services, Education, and Entertainment.

Driven by a passion for music, creativity, entrepreneurship, and helping others succeed, Nikolas built JUS Official Services completely self-funded while navigating personal adversity, financial struggles, and the challenges associated with autism and being underestimated because of his age and neurodiversity. His mission is centered around helping artists, creators, and entrepreneurs based on their talent, authenticity, personality, and long-term potential rather than simply status, follower counts, or short-term trends.

Nikolas continues expanding his work across entertainment, branding, marketing, talent management, consulting, and creative business development while advocating for resilience, authenticity, and the idea that difficult circumstances do not have to define someone’s future.
