Nik thedeejay

Born and raised in Nairobi the capital of Kenya,Nicholas Amakobe Maruti alias Nikthedeejay is an open format dj and turntablist.

He begun his musical journey back in 2016 as a self taught dj and turntablist with an aim of being totally diffrent from his peers both skills wise and musical wise.

He has managed to play in some of the top events and hold residency in some of the top notch clubs in Nairobi:

Apart from being a club deejay Nikthedeejay is also a battle dj(this he does to prove his turntablist skills & musical knowledge capabilities).These competition include smirnoff battle of the djs & Badmambo battle of the djs.

He is also the resident dj of Philosophy records.
