Listen to my podcast

Born in Afghanistan, shaped by displacement, and now building from Pakistan, my path hasn't been linear. It has been instructive. I completed my schooling in Balkh and studied at Balkh Economy Institute, double minoring in International Relations, not because I had everything figured out, but because I was already asking questions that borders and textbooks couldn't contain.

I worked with Afghan media outlets. Kam TV and 1TV, where I learned that narrative isn't decoration, it's how humans metabolize reality. Later, as a Life Skills Coach at a USAID Women's Leadership Developments project in Kabul, I worked directly with women reclaiming agency over their own stories. That experience didn't just inform my mission. It became it.

The Red Hour Podcast and the SenseCurrent Podcast is where life meets lived experience. I don't offer shortcuts. I explore the architecture of the mind, how belief systems form, how identity survives disruption, how neuroscience quietly confirms what deep thinkers have always suspected: that we are not passengers in our own lives, we are the ones constructing them, moment by moment, synapse by synapse.

Consistency, resilience, purpose, not as motivational slogans, but as neurological realities. Habits rewire. Attention shapes perception. Meaning isn't found. It's built. I believe that the most radical thing a person can do in a noisy world is sit with a hard question long enough to hear an honest answer. That's what I'm here for!
