Nileema Khan

I am senior graduating in May 2014 with a BA in Global Development and Communication Studies at the College of Wooster (OH). I am passionate about media and communication studies, especially in the ways communication technologies can enhance and empower our lives. My communication major specializes in studying global problems, such as poverty and lack of healthcare, and ways communication can be used to address such issues. I am also interested in marketing and customer services. I have had a diverse set of work experiences ranging from data collection, analysis and representation to strategic marketing, online content management and search engine optimization (SEO). I also enjoy working with customers, and assist them in any way possible.

I see myself as someone who loves to express herself. I have experimented expressing myself through writing, film making, painting and photography. I love collecting information and presenting it in a way that is visually appealing and informative to a target audience. This process satisfies my need to express, to communicate. I am interested to pursue my interests in communications and improve my professional skills through hands on learning opportunities.
