I began my professional journey in August 2020 as a Cutting Engineer at Sadhu Forging Ltd. Unit-1 in Faridabad, Haryana. In this role, I was actively involved in production planning, maintaining raw material documents, and monitoring the quality inspection of raw materials. My responsibilities included dimension checking, and metallurgical tests, such as hardness testing and Spectro testing.

Currently, I serve as Senior Quality Engineer at Unique Forgings (I) Pvt. Ltd., Unit-3 in Anand, Gujarat, specializing in quality control. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in a range of tasks. I have led teams to meet production schedules and standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, I have been responsible for training employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems, contributing to the establishment of an injury-free and safe working environment.

My expertise extends to quality inspection after heat treatment, covering metallurgical activities like Brinell hardness test, Rockwell hardness test, and microstructure examination. I have been actively involved in production planning, raw material approval, and maintaining stock details of raw materials. Furthermore, I have played a crucial role in the standardization, verification, and calibration of all measuring and testing equipment.

In terms of quality assurance, I have been meticulous in documenting and adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2006 standards. Handling customer complaints and ensuring their resolution has been a key aspect of my responsibilities. I have also been involved in the preparation of Material Test Reports and the documentation of heat treatment parts, including normalizing and annealing processes.
