Nils Vinje

I chose to study Management and Organizational Behavior because I am fascinated by the way that people and companies interact. I truly believe there are simple things that managers and leaders can do to enrich the lives of their employees and build a stronger connection with them. My experience has shown that there are a lot of people and companies that need help in these areas.
